Hello dear friends, it's been a while!
We're back with a series of quick, informal interviews with each of the band members. As some of you may already know, we have found ourselves a rad bassist and we thought it fitting to have her answer a few questions of her choice. Here's what Monica had to say:

Music video - we can take none of the credit
This is the drummer...
I have no idea how to begin this post. We shot our first music video this weekend. It was, without doubt, the most exhausting but incredible experience of my life as a musician. I can't emphasise the enormity of this event for us as a band, but I can tell you that we can't credit for what went down this weekend. I want to say thank you to our fans, friends, family and everyone for your support and for making this weekend happen.
More specifically, we have a few individuals that we'd like to thank:
Justin, Mark, Michael and Kayleigh - Thank you for your hard work and contagious passion and energy that we experienced this weekend. Thank you for doing this for us... thank you for believing in us and thank you for giving us this video. No amount of words can express our gratitude and I am absolutely in awe of the generosity and kindness that we've received from all of you.
Lindsay - Thank you for making all of us awkwardly speak into the camera and thank you for being behind the scenes and for capturing all of the awesome little things that would have been missed in all of the chaos. Now when we go "I wish we got that moment on camera", we can say that we did. You are the bomb.
Jess and Kayleigh's awesome mama, Patricia - Thank you for being a mother to all of us this weekend and thank you for keeping us well nourished and for giving us the tequila we needed so desperately.
Kevin and the crew @ Thinkwild Arts and The Studio - If it weren't for you guys, we wouldn't have had a second location, let alone a ridiculously rad piece of graffiti on the wall. Thank you for expending your time and energy on this and thank you for an incredible second location.
Karmi and Cait - Thank you for making us look so beautiful!
Anton @ Music Connection - You're the man! Thank you for letting us take over the parking lot on Saturday, and thank you for letting us use the best gear available. You make us look cool.
Kelly Murray - Thank you for your mad skating skills and for letting us make use of them, you made this video even more badass.
And then...
Our incredible friends - Thank you all so so much for coming through, for waiting patiently, and for partying up a storm in that little room. You guys are all the best, for reals.
Lastly... I'm going to get level-up soppy and say thank you to my 4 best friends. Candance, Nix, Kellykins, Tannie... you are the coolest people I know and I'm so lucky to be able to call you guys my friends. From where I was seated, I looked up a few times and saw all of you headbanging, jumping around, looking like total rock stars, and it made me so proud. Here's to the beginning of something so insanely epic for all of us.
Keep your eyes on our Facebook page, we'll let you guys know when the video is ready for you!
Have a happy week y'all.

2013 - over & out!
So this is just a quick post from me (Larissa)... (the drummer)... to say a huge thank you to our friends, family and fans for an amazing year. We've played some awesome gigs, released our first single and semi-completed our EP this year. Even more exciting than that... we've been play listed on DStv's DMX Campus Rock channel!
For those of you who are going away for the holidays... be safe and have happy travels. For the rest, soak up the precious time with your loved ones and have a well-deserved rest. We'll see you next year for all things awesome.

What they don't tell you - the life of a wannabe rock star
I’d always wondered why some bands
take 2 years to put out an album… what the hell have they been doing the whole time???
Then I joined a band.
I’m going to share a little bit of
what bands don’t always tell you.
